Sauna Suit Information

The Sauna Suit is so called because when wearing one it potentially creates the simulated effect of being in a sauna - in other words, you are going to get hot and sweat (ladies will perspire) a great deal.
In extreme cases such as a fighter having to cut weight for a weigh-in, he may wear the suit in the sauna, this is not recommended for the Sauna Suit novice as it may result in medical attention being required!

Anyone and everyone can wear a Sauna Suit to reduce their weight, but of course common sense must prevail. If your are diabetic for example, and often experience a 'hyper' when exercising you may find that the wearing of a Sauna Suit is not a good idea. It's generally advisable to wear your suit for a short period initially to get used to it.

As with all new forms of physical exercise it is advisable to consult your Doctor or Physician before taking part.

Some people worry about what others may think if they are seen wearing their Sauna Suit, the answer is quite simple - just wear some jogging bottoms and a long sleeve tee over the top, and no one is to know.
