How to look after your Sauna Suit

Sizing
When ordering your suit be sure to get a size that is nice and 'roomy'.
If you order a suit whioch is too small, the inevitable is going to happen & your suit may rip as soon as you start using it.

What to wear under your Sauna Suit
The ideal clothing to wear under your suit is a thin cotton long sleeve tee shirt, and some thin cotton long pants. An affordable solution to this is to dig out an old set of cheap pyjamas. This will make the wearing of the suit more comfortable and will provide a barrier between your skin and the vinyl, thus preventing the suit from sticking to your skin.

Cleaning
If you've been using your Sauna Suit correctly it should be more than a little damp by the time you take it off!. Once you've wriggled out of your suit simply chuck it (inside out) into a bath of luke warm water and weak detergent. Agitate the suit in the bath for a few minutes and then hang to drip dry in a warm room - simple!

Preventing Rips
Your Sauna Suit is made from vinyl, which although reasonably tough, it obviously hasn't got the stretchiness of a cotton t-shirt, and it may be possible to push your finger through the suit if care isn't taken.
Be careful not to snag your suit on sharp objects, and take your time removing the top after a session.

Suit Repair
Should the worst happen and you somehow snag your suit, it's quite easy to repair. All you need is an inexpensive vinyl patch and glue kit to DIY your way back to happiness! A common solution is a repair kit for childrens paddling pools. The use of 'Gaffa' or 'Duck' Tape will also provide a good quick fix.
