Q. How often should I wear my suit?
A. As often as you like, but try not to develop a vinyl fetish (just kidding!).
Most people on average wear their suit for an hour or two whilst working out, two or three times a week. There is no problem increasing or decreasing your work out schedule as long as you are comfortable with it.

Q. How does it make me lose weight?
A. The use of Sauna Suits uniquely brings out misconceptions about losing weight. That is, to lose weight, your body needs to burn more food (calories) than you eat. Basically, when your body has no immediate food source to burn it will then start to utilise (burn) stored fat - and that's the stuff you are trying to get rid of!
Sauna Suits help you lose weight by burning more fuel, and by perspiring heavily you are also helping rid your body of unwanted toxins. Please remember that your body is burning calories when you wear a Sauna Suit, so you can drink water to keep yourself hydrated.

Q. Won't I also be losing water?
A. You most certainly will, and this water also needs to be replaced by re-hydration. We strongly recommend that you only drink mineral water when replacing lost fluids whilst wearing your Sauna Suit. If you drink any other type of fluid you are in danger of putting weight back on and undoing all your hard work.

Q. Are there any other uses for a Sauna Suit?
A. The key to a Sauna Suit is that it traps body heat inside, and is therefore an ideal solution to keeping the body warm in very cold conditions and outdoor pursuits such as hiking or skiing for example.
It has even been suggested that it's a good idea to bring a sauna suit along as a safety measure, whether you're going camping, or driving along a secluded highway in the winter.
The Sauna Suit traps body heat inside and circulates to keep your muscles warm and blood flowing.

Q. What is a Sauna Suit made from?
A. Most Sauna Suits are made from vinyl and have elasticated cuffs & neck.
The more expensive ones are made from 'rubberised' vinyl which makes them tougher and less likely to rip if used for more active sports. Sweat Suits are generaly made of nylon and very rarely rip. The better ones (like ours) have a light rubber coating on the inside to increase the effect.
