| Returns Policy Where we have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to us. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract. Please note that Quality Control in Thailand and other Countries we import from is not the same as the UK. Whilst we sell only the best quality products, designs may vary in consistancy (i.e. colour etc) and the pictured designs are to be used as a guide only. With regard to Sauna Suits which are guaranteed for 28 days (correct usage only), we will not replace a Sauna Suit which has damaged by means other than normal wear & tear such as fingers pushed through the vinyl etc. You must return the goods to us by registered post or similar within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the date of the Cancellation Notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. If the goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier.
